After the payment is completed, please allow 1-2 business days for warehouse to process before shipping.

Shipping Method:

 United States:

- Ground shipping: 10-12 business days

 (Free for all orders)

- Expedited shipping: 6-8 business days

 (Free for orders over $30)

*We provide shipping services in the United States. (Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Pacific, Armed Forces Europe and Armed Forces Americas are not included.)

RETURNS

We want you to love your Vane Oak purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your package.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email. Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions.

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
