To find your Kindle model
- Click the three dots in the corner of your device.
- Go into your Kindle’s Settings menu.
- Navigate to Device Options.
- Tap the Device Info option.
- The very first item on the list should be your device’s model.
To find your Kobo model
- From the home screen click the More button on the bottom right of your device.
- Click Settings.
- Your Kobo device name will be next to the About section

RETURNS
We want you to love your Vane Oak purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your package.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email. Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions.
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
